NEW TO HOPE?
Welcome! We are thrilled that you are investigating Hope as a place for you, and perhaps your family, to worship, meet friends, and grow in your understanding and love of Jesus Christ. Our mission is simply this: we want to offer experiences, relationships and places where people can find life and purpose through Jesus Christ.
We know that people are looking for “life” in many places. Some go shopping. Some follow sports. Some go to Starbucks. Whatever it is, people seek to know that they are valuable, that they are loved, that they have purpose, and that they can overcome their past. We feel that Hope is a unique place where you will find a true community, a place where you will feel at ease as you engage in the Word of God, and perhaps gain life-long friendships with some terrific people.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Just walk through the front doors and greeters will be happy to help you find your way around. The Welcome Desk can provide information about our various ministries and activities. Feel free to get a cup of coffee at Grounded- it’s free on your first Sunday. Then join us for worship for either of our two identical worship services, one at 9:30 and one at 11:00 a.m.
FIRST SUNDAYS
TOn the First Sunday of each month we have a brief informational gathering for anyone who is new. It is a great way to learn more about our church and our ministries while enjoying a cup of coffee. Join us from 10:35 to 10:50 at the end of the concourse across from the worship auditorium.
WORSHIP SERVICES
At Hope we try to offer worship experiences that are relevant and inspiring. Our services last about an hour, and the environment is warm and authentic -- a "come as you are" kind of place. We hope you'll be encouraged songs and words that speak to the real places of life.
HOPE STUDENT MINISTRIES (HSM)
Hope Student Ministries is an uprising of students who build relationships with one another and with God. On Sunday mornings we meet from 10:35 to 10:50 for "Jump Start"- a place to connect with other students and student ministry staff. Our goal is to be relational, relevant and transformational. Middle and High School Ministry is offered on Sunday in the late afternoon and early evening. Click here for more information.
CHILDREN’S MINISTRY- THE BIG ADVENTURE
The Big Adventure is our children’s ministry where kids come to learn about God’s love and His promises. We offer ministry during both services for children birth through fifth grade. When you arrive the welcome team can direct you to either Adventure Woods or The Zone.
ADVENTURE WOODS
Adventure Woods is for infants and children through first grade. We provide loving care and teaching for young children in a child-centered environment where children are safe – physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Small Group lesson, activities, and play (check-in before 9:30)
Large Group worship, puppet theater and small group shepherding (check-in before 11:00)
THE ZONE
The Zone is our elementary school ministry for children 2nd -5th grade. Since our program is offered twice with the same themes and topics, then your family can choose the time that works best for you.
The Zone - Early Edition has fun large group experiences and activities for kids. They check-in before the service and worship with their parents. Then they are dismissed during the offering to be part of The Zone in the multi-purpose room. (check-in before 9:30)
The Zone has high-energy worship and teaching in a large group and discussion, connection and activities in small groups. (check-in before 11:00)
