In order to grow spiritually, we have to be connected relationally. That is why we are offering a variety of opportunities to connect and grow at Hope. If one of these groups looks interesting to you, then we encourage you to take the initiative to step out of a row and into a circle.

Topic: The Book of Life: God’s big story & why it matters to you
Reading the Bible is something we all want to do… we all mean to do… but something most of us struggle to do consistently and fervently. Is there a way to make these sacred pages come alive with meaning and understanding so that we yearn to spend time with God through his written word?

Above all else, the Bible is God’s Big Story of rescue and redemption for humankind – a story of his love for us, his provision for us, and his promise for a future with us. This story of restoration and hope is woven through all 66 books of the Bible and is the grid through which we can understand and appreciate both God’s plan and his power to bring us into a relationship with him. The change agent through which all of this is accomplished is Jesus… and he is written on every page.

For 8 weeks we will be looking at God’s Big Story to see how that story matters for us in the here and now. In the last 4 weeks of our study, we will look at some practical ways to incorporate this sacred truth into the ordinary of our daily lives.
