Thrive Update
For a great follow up to Christy’s two-week discussion about labels, Megan Getter will lead a 4-week series about discovering who God created you to be. Megan loves the word of God and is passionate about helping folks understand the ways God has uniquely created each one of us to serve Him as His Church. Please join us for what is sure to be dynamic and fruitful discussion.
Megan graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in chemical engineering. At Tech she began serving alongside her husband, Doug, in youth ministry for the next 9 years. She is now a mom to 3 boys, Matthew, Nathan and Colin, and writes a blog for The Family Foundation called “Truth with Courage“.Thrive Schedule Update

Please consider joining us for the next two weeks as Christy Foldenauer shares a two-week series she calls, “Letting Go of Limiting Labels.” March 15th, we will discuss the labels we place on ourselves. On the 22th it’ll be labels we place on God.
You’ll love hearing from Christy. She’s a gifted teacher, a wife to Adam, a mom to 3 great kids (Ashton, Lauren and Nathan), a seminary student and a leader at Thrive @ Nite. Check out her website at www.christyfoldenauer.com.
March 8 – Thrive and Thrive @ Nite
Hope Women! We have a lot planned for you on Thursday, March 8th at Thrive and Thrive @ Nite.
Pete Bowell, Hope’s Pastor and our Director of Family and Student Ministries will speak on the New Testament. Pete always brings a wonderful dynamic when he speaks with us, so don’t miss it!
ALSO: Nikki Shaw, a Thrive @ Nite attender, has asked for our help preparing for the Hope 5K. The race takes place this Saturday, March 10th, and is a major community outreach for Hope. Nikki works at Family Life Line, which with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, is one of the race’s beneficiaries. Please join us! We will be packing 500 race packets! We will move into the concourse where with busy hands we can keep our friendships building as we serve together this way.
Thrive: Please plan to stay after our regular morning program ending at 1130a. Nikki has made arrangements for our Sprouts to be involved in this opportunity.
Thrive @ Nite: You’ll have double the fun. If you can, come early at 630p to pack. Others can plan to stay late to finish.

2/23 featuring Senior Pastor David Dwight. David will share his thoughts on themes and broad messages from the Old Testament. He will spend some time answering questions.
3/1 – Thrive teacher, Krista Quinby will lead a guided, extended table group time.
3/8 with Associate Pastor Pete Bowell. Pete will answer our questions as well as teach some themes and broader messages from the New Testament.
